15 govt schools in Nagaland district face shortage of teachers

There is a scarcity of teachers in the 15 government high schools in Nagaland’s Longleng district.

A total of seven government high schools are without maths teachers, no English teachers in 10 schools, no science teachers in two schools and no Hindi teachers in five schools.

This was revealed by Longleng senior sub-divisional education officer and district education officer-in-charge Yahuto Kath at the District Planning and Development Board meeting on Thursday.
