Assam Class X board exam begins, over 4 lakh students appear

Class 10 board exam begun in Assam on Friday. A total of 4,22,174 candidates appeared in the exam this year of which 1,94,054 are males.

Last year, 4.05 lakh students appeared in the exam of which around 2.29 lakh passed.
