Assam cross 100 medals in North East Olympic Games in Shillong

Maintaining their supremacy Assam crossed the 100 mark in the medals tally in the 2nd North East Olympic Games in Shillong today.

After the end of the fifth day Assam were placed at the top of the tally with 108 medals which included 44 gold, 38 silver and 26 bronze.

Manipur were at second place with 40 gold, 35 silver and 39 bronze. Assam won several medals today in various events that included swimming, badminton shooting, karate and others.
