Captains are still violating the law

NN Bureau, February 25: The Rapido office located at Jonali has been sealed but the Captains are still running the Rapido on the road. According to source, the vehicles used for commercial purpose requires a Commercial license or commercial permit but the two wheelers do not require such. Even they have no such permissions from the DTO which is violating the law. And the related app is still working.
