Corona Effect : ULFA(I) Not to Observe Raising Day

N N Bureau, April 5 : For the first time in its history, this year United Liberation Front of Asom , ULFA will not celebrate raising day on April 7. ULFA (I) lead by Paresh Barua alias Paresh Asom has already confirmed this. As per the news available, this decision has been taken due to the critical situation worldwide created by Covid 19. Meanwhile in Assam, the number of corona positive cases have risen to 26. At the national level the number is almost 3600 and death toll is 90. Across the globe, till Sunday near about 70 thousands people have lost their lives due to corona infection. On the other hand several countries today observed nine minutes light off program from 9 pm onwards along with India in response to prime minister Narendra Modi’s appeal.
