COVID 19 Steps in Assam

N N Bureau , 31 March : First corona positive case in Assam has come to light. According to the principal health secretary of the government of Assam, Samir Sinha, a 52 year old person of Badarpur, Karimganj district has tested positive for Covid 19. Previously local Siriguri P H E put him under observation. Then he was tested in Silchar Medical College and National Institute of Virology, Pune respectively and both tests came positive. Now he is under treatment at Silchar Medical College and his condition is said to be stable.
