Ex-School Principal Nabbed For Embezzling Funds In Nagaon

A former Principal of a Government-run higher secondary school in central Assam’s Nagaon district was arrested for allegedly misappropriating school funds meant for the construction of classrooms. The principal identified as Gopal Chandra Bora had allegedly misappropriated school funds worth Rs 4, 64,000 while he was the Principal of Samaguri Higher Secondary School.

Nagaon Police apprehended a former Principal of a Government-run higher secondary school in Assam’s Nagaon district for allegedly misappropriating school funds on Saturday.
