First corona positive case in Tripura

N N Bureau, April 8 : Another bad news for North-east. First corona positive case has been detected in Tripura . Infected person is a 45 years old female of Udaypur. Though there are already eight persons from Tripura tested Covid 19 positive, they were all jaamaatis of Nizamuddin and after tests they are now under treatment in Delhi and Rajasthan. From that point of view, the case of this particular lady is the first corona positive case in the soil of Tripura. Significantly that lady with her other seven family members came to Guwahati to visit Kamakhya. And after visiting Kamakhya, they returned on March 18. This case once again proves that in Guwahati, some silent carriers of Covid 19 are roaming.
