NN Bureau, 20th February: In Guwahati, first ever tattoo art festival will be held at Panjabari’s Shilhagram. The festival will start from 21st February for 3 days. National and international artists are going to participate in the festival. The festival is organized by Ripun tattoo and Piercing Testetic Progressive Work and Vicky Communication and Associate.
