Man arrested for molesting teenager at knifepoint in Arunachal Pradesh

A 35-year-old man has been arrested on the charge of attempting to sexually assault a teenager in Arunachal Pradesh’s capital Itanagar at knifepoint, the police said on Thursday.

The accused allegedly tried to molest the 16-year-old girl near Sangey Laden area on Tuesday.

The girl’s uncle on Wednesday caught the accused with the public’s help and handed him over to the police.
