Manipur Police arrest two with fake ILP passes

In a follow up action to the arrest of a non-Manipuri possessing a fake ILP pass, Manipur police have arrested a local who facilitated the non-local in procuring the fake pass.

The local man was identified as Nashim Ali (24) of Yairipok Ningthounai of Imphal East district while the non-local possessing the fake ILP pass as identified as Prabir Pal (43), a resident of Uttar Nawabganj Balashi of West Bengal.

Police also seized three more fake ILP passes from the possession of the local man. The police produced the duo in the court of the chief judicial magistrate in Imphal who remanded them to judicial custody for 15 days.
