On the eve of Gandhi Jayanti, Assam CM paid his tribute to Gandhi ji
On the eve of Gandhi Jayanti, Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma paid his tribute to Gandhi ji.
He twitted to share the news “With his ideals of ahiṃsā, humanism & universalism, Mahātmā Gandhi ji influenced millions across the word. His vision of a clean and green India guides us in our efforts to build a #SwachhBharat.
On his jayanti, I bow my head in reverence to Bapu.”
He also dedicate to the people the newly-renovated Gandhi Mandap replete with light & sound show atop Sarania Hills in Guwahati.
The lights will illuminate the renovated building with portraits of Gandhi ji and other freedom fighters.
