Three new flights connecting Northeast launched

Union Minister of Civil Aviation Jyotiraditya Scindia on Sunday inaugurated the three flights connecting five cities of Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Manipur, and Mizoram.

Two of the three flights on routes Imphal-Aizwal-Imphal, Liliabari-Ziro-Lilabari and Shillong-Lilabari-Shillong routes will be operated under the government’s regional connectivity scheme (RCS).

The Imphal-Aizwal-Imphal flight will operate five times a week, Liliabari-Ziro-Lilabari will operate two times a week and the Shillong-Lilabari-Shillong flight will operate 4 times in a week.
