Dispur College Holds Awareness Session on NATS 2.0, Inducts Apprentices

Dispur College, Guwahati, organised an awareness programme on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) 2.0 along with an induction ceremony for new apprentices on Monday. The event was held at the college’s N.P.B. Conference Hall.

The college registered under the Apprentices Act, 1961 in 2025 and inducted two apprentices for the 2025–26 financial year. Officials said the initiative aims to promote skill development and provide students with practical industry exposure through stipendiary apprenticeships.
