108 Ambulance Services Near Full Restoration in Assam

EMRI Green Health Services announced rapid progress in restoring the 108 emergency ambulance network, with around 750 vehicles operational by Saturday afternoon.

Over 800 staff—including EMTs, pilots, and emergency officers—have been recruited, while temporary drivers and district-level support have ensured uninterrupted patient transport. Full staffing is expected soon, the organisation said.
