60-Year-Old Woman Killed After Dispute in Lalmati

A 60-year-old roadside vendor, Junu Rajbonshi, lost her life after a dispute with daily wage laborer Bijay Barman in Lalmati on Saturday night. Police reported that Barman pushed Junu, causing severe injuries, and abandoned her in a storage room instead of seeking help. Her body was discovered after locals noticed a foul smell. Basistha Police have arrested Barman and launched an investigation.
