Man Kills Father in Family Dispute in Tamulpur District

In Tamulpur district, a man named Anindra Das was arrested for killing his father, Gauranga Das, with a machete over a family dispute. The incident occurred in Bhakatpara village. Anindra, a daily wage worker, initially intended to confront his uncle but ended up attacking his father after failing to find him. Anindra confessed to the killing, citing alleged torture of his mother by both his father and uncle. The police have registered a case under relevant sections of the IPC, and Anindra will be presented in court.
