Adverse Weather Forces Cotton University to Postpone Exams, Schools Closed in Golaghat and Karimganj Districts

Due to severe weather conditions, Cotton University has canceled undergraduate exams scheduled for today, rescheduling the Sixth Semester exams to June 5, 2024, prioritizing student safety. Additionally, Golaghat district authorities have closed all schools, and in Karimganj district, all schools are closed on May 28 and 29, 2024, though scheduled exams will proceed. These measures align with the Disaster Management Act of 2005 to ensure student safety during the adverse weather.
