STF Raids Lead to Heroin Seizures, Multiple Arrests in Assam

During a raid at 2 No. Railway Gate under Panbazar Police Station, the STF, Assam, recovered 49 vials containing suspected heroin weighing 69.5 grams, along with cash and a mobile phone. Three peddlers—Ravi Mishra, Dipak Mishra, and Jintu Saikia—were arrested in connection with the narcotics. In a separate operation at Beharbari, another STF team led by Inspector Kapil Pathak apprehended two individuals and seized 57 vials containing 82 grams of heroin, among other items.
