Uzan Bazar Residents Nab Vehicle Thief, Hand Him Over to Police

Residents of Uzan Bazar in Guwahati caught a vehicle thief red-handed on Monday after he stole a three-wheeler. The thief, Suman Sarkar from Chandmari, had taken the vehicle from Panbazar. The owner, a water supplier, tracked down the stolen vehicle near Ugratara temple with the help of locals. Sarkar was apprehended, beaten, and handed over to Latasil police for further legal action.
