Former Maharashtra Minister Baba Siddique Shot Dead in Mumbai

Former Maharashtra Minister Baba Siddique was shot dead by unidentified gunmen outside his son Zeeshan Siddique’s office in Bandra East, Mumbai. The senior NCP leader was hit by four bullets and died on the spot.

Two suspects, reportedly linked to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, have been arrested, while a third suspect is still at large. Authorities are investigating a possible underworld connection to the assassination. Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde condemned the incident, which has shocked political and social circles.
