Sivasagar Police Foil ULFA-I Abduction Plot
Sivasagar police foiled an ULFA-I attempt to abduct ONGC officers near Bokota Nemuguri. Two suspects, including surrendered ULFA-I cadre Rahul Hazarika, were arrested. Another accused, ONGC assistant engineer Tahir Hussain, escaped. The police seized incriminating documents and vehicles.
