Assam Cabinet Approves Namrup Revival, Mission Basundhara Updates, and Judicial Township

The Assam Cabinet approved a 40% ownership share in the Namrup Fertilizer Plant’s fourth unit, requiring a ₹4,000 crore investment. Updates to the Mission Basundhara scheme now mandate registration certificates for religious, educational, and club institutions before settlement orders.

Additionally, funds were allocated for a Judicial Township in North Guwahati. The government has also banned protests near Raj Bhavan, with police filing cases against recent violators.
