Kidnapping Attempt Foiled in Guwahati’s Panbazar
Nabajyoti Rajkhowa was abducted by a group in a black Scorpio after leaving a restaurant in Panbazar. He managed to escape in Ulubari and alerted the police. The investigation is ongoing.
