AASAA Submits Memorandum to President Demanding Adivasi Rights

The All Adivasi Students’ Association of Assam (AASAA), Karbi Anglong unit, submitted a five-point memorandum to President Droupadi Murmu. Key demands include ST status for Adivasis, land rights, protection from encroachers, a model school at Lahorijan, and political safeguards in Sixth Schedule areas. AASAA warned of protests if land grabbing by KAAC officials continues. The memorandum was received by the Bokajan SDO (Civil).
