Major Fire Destroys 20+ Homes in Guwahati’s Gandhibasti

A massive fire broke out in Guwahati’s Gandhibasti area on Thursday, destroying over 20 homes. The blaze, suspected to have started from a gas cylinder explosion, spread rapidly amid high temperatures. Many families were left homeless. Locals claimed delayed and under-equipped fire response.
