ONGC Deploys Crisis Team to Tackle Sivasagar Gas Leak

Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri reviewed ONGC’s efforts to control the ongoing gas leak at Well RDS#147 in Sivasagar. High-pressure gas flow continues despite use of advanced techniques like junk pumping and fire pumps. ONGC’s Crisis Management Team and international experts are on-site. Evacuated residents are receiving relief, and 24×7 medical camps have been set up.
