Assam’s Himani Gurung Selected for ISRO’s ADITYA-L1 Solar Workshop

Himani Gurung from Pawoi Bongao, Digboi, has been selected for the ADITYA-L1 Solar Astronomy Workshop by IUCAA and ISRO. The only student from Northeast India, she will attend the workshop from August 20–22 in Kerala. Coming from a humble background, Himani is pursuing her Master’s in Physics at Tezpur University and has excelled academically. The workshop offers hands-on training in solar data analysis using ISRO’s ADITYA-L1 mission.
