Gaurav Gogoi Launches ‘My Booth, My Demand’ Campaign, Slams BJP Over Evictions

APCC president Gaurav Gogoi launched the ‘My Booth, My Demand’ campaign in Hailakandi, criticising the BJP-led Assam government for alleged misuse of power and unfair land distribution. He questioned the transparency of ongoing evictions and demanded clarity on the citizenship of those evicted. Gogoi said Congress won’t contest 2026 polls alone and aims to build a united Opposition front.
