Nagaland Governor La Ganesan died on Friday at 80 in Chennai after a head injury. Admitted on August 8, he underwent surgery but remained critical. Deputy CM Yanthungo Patton expressed grief, praising Ganesan’s humility, dedication, and efforts for harmony and development. His mortal remains will be kept at his T Nagar residence for last respects.
