Gaurav Gogoi Seeks PM’s Intervention Over Tezpur University Crisis

Lok Sabha MP Gaurav Gogoi has written to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, urging intervention over alleged administrative collapse and financial mismanagement at Tezpur University.

He cited student and faculty grievances, delays in administration, alleged misconduct by the Vice Chancellor, declining rankings, and financial irregularities.

Gogoi said the situation has become an institutional crisis and called for urgent action to restore normalcy and accountability.
