Vajpayee Birth Anniversary Observed Across Hailakandi

The birth anniversary of former Prime Minister and Bharat Ratna awardee Atal Bihari Vajpayee was observed across Hailakandi district with tribute programmes and floral offerings.

The Bharatiya Janata Party Hailakandi district unit organised a special programme highlighting Vajpayee’s contributions to democracy, good governance, and national unity. Floral tributes were paid at his statue on College Road, Hailakandi.

District BJP President Kalyan Goswami and other senior leaders attended the event, recalling Vajpayee’s legacy and urging party workers to follow his ideals of service, integrity, and inclusive nation-building.
