AAMSU Protests Alleged Irregularities in Assam Voter List Revision

The All Assam Minorities Students’ Union held two-hour sit-in protests across Assam against the ongoing Special Revision of electoral rolls. Demonstrations were organised in districts including Hojai and Biswanath. AAMSU alleged misuse of the process, arbitrary deletion of voters, and harassment of minority communities. The protesters demanded rejection of illegal objections, legal action against those filing false claims, and fair hearings for genuine voters.
