BJP Alliance to Launch Assam Election Campaign from March 24

The BJP-led alliance in Assam will begin its election campaign on March 24, featuring rallies by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, and other senior leaders.

Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said multiple rallies are planned, with strong participation from national and state leaders to boost outreach. Candidate nominations will mostly be filed on March 21 and 22, with Sarma filing from Jalukbari.

He expressed confidence that the alliance will retain power based on its development agenda.
