Haj 2026 Pilgrims Asked to Pay Balance by March 31

The Haj Committee of India has directed selected Haj 2026 pilgrims to pay the remaining amount by March 31, failing which flight bookings will not be confirmed.

Pilgrims from Assam and the Northeast must pay balances based on embarkation points. Guwahati has the highest total cost at Rs 3,89,850 (balance Rs 1,12,550), followed by Kolkata at Rs 3,68,700 (Rs 91,400 balance) and Delhi at Rs 3,46,600 (Rs 69,300 balance), mainly due to airfare differences.

The cost includes accommodation, transport, insurance, and digital safety tools. Additional charges apply for Qurbani and specific travel routes.

Officials said the final cost may vary, with excess amounts refunded later. Pilgrims have been advised to verify dues online and complete payment on time to avoid cancellation.
