Rhino Attacks Tourist Safari Vehicles at Manas National Park

Panic gripped tourists at Manas National Park after a giant rhinoceros attacked two safari vehicles in the Bansbari forest range on Sunday.

The rhino reportedly charged at the vehicles and tried to overturn them. However, the drivers acted quickly and safely rescued all tourists without injuries. In one instance, a driver steered the vehicle into a roadside ditch to avoid the attack.

Forest officials have urged tourists and safari operators to remain cautious, as such incidents have reportedly increased in recent years.
