AJYCP Protests Rise in Fuel and Essential Commodity Prices

The Asom Jatiyatabadi Yuba Chatra Parishad (AJYCP) has protested against the recent increase in prices of petrol, diesel, LPG, medicines, and other essential commodities. The organization alleged that the price hike has added financial pressure on common people after the completion of elections in five states.

AJYCP submitted memorandums to the Chief Minister through district administrations across Assam, demanding immediate steps to control inflation. The organization also criticised the BJP-led government over the rising cost of living and the country’s economic condition.
