Four Arrested in Bajali for Alleged Interstate Cyber Fraud

Police in Assam’s Bajali district have arrested four persons for their alleged involvement in an interstate cyber fraud network. The accused were apprehended during a special operation conducted by Sarupeta Police under the supervision of Bajali DSP Bhabarnath.

Preliminary investigations suggest the accused were linked to a cybercrime syndicate and allegedly carried out fraudulent activities through Customer Service Centres (CSCs). Police said further investigations are underway, and more arrests have not been ruled out.
