Unidentified Minor’s Body Recovered from Dhansiri River in Golaghat

Golaghat: The body of an unidentified boy, believed to be below 16 years of age, was recovered from the Dhansiri River in the Butalikhowa area under the Khumtai outpost on Sunday morning.

According to police, the semi-decomposed body was found floating in the river at around 6:50 am on July 5. Authorities have launched an investigation to establish the identity of the deceased and determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
