Accused Makes Regretful Remark in Wife Murder Case

Guwahati: Ramanuj Goswami, accused of murdering his wife Riya Talukdar, reportedly said, “Nobody should ever do what I did,” while being taken to Hatigaon Police Station for a routine medical examination.

Meanwhile, Hatigaon Police recreated the alleged crime scene at the couple’s Basisthapur apartment on Wednesday. Police also seized the refrigerator from the residence for forensic examination as part of the ongoing investigation.
