Engineer Dies After Falling From Building in Guwahati

Guwahati: Engineer Damodar Goswami died on Thursday morning after allegedly falling from the upper floor of a four-storey building in Narikol Basti, Geetanagar. He had reportedly gone to the terrace to check the building’s water tank when he slipped and fell.

Goswami was rushed to KGMT Hospital but was declared dead. His body has been kept for post-mortem examination, while police have begun an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
