4.5-Magnitude Earthquake Jolts Nagaon

Nagaon: Assam’s Nagaon district experienced a 4.5-magnitude earthquake at around 4:23 am on Tuesday, according to the National Centre for Seismology (NCS). The quake occurred at a depth of 33 km, with the epicentre located at 26.428°N and 93.060°E.

No casualties or major damage have been reported so far. The NCS shared the earthquake details on X and advised people to use its BhooKamp app for further information.
