Garima Saikia Garg Leads Peaceful Gathering Demanding Justice for Zubeen Garg

Garima Saikia Garg, wife of late Assamese cultural icon Zubeen Garg, arrived at Zubeen Kshetra today to lead a peaceful gathering attended by thousands of fans demanding justice for the legendary singer. Expressing frustration over the prolonged legal proceedings, she stated, “I don’t know the law, I want justice.”

Despite the SIT filing a 2,500-page chargesheet, the recent grant of bail to an accused has raised public concerns. Garima questioned the meaning of justice if the accused walk free and urged people across Assam to continue the peaceful social media campaign using #JusticeForZubeenGarg.
