Assam Holds State-Level Prize Distribution Ceremony Under Seva Sankalp Abhiyan 2026

Guwahati: The Assam Education Department organised a state-level prize distribution ceremony at Srimanta Sankaradeva Kalakshetra on October 13, 2026, to honour winners of drawing, quiz and speech competitions held under the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan 2026. More than 105 students from all 35 districts participated in the competitions, showcasing their talents on themes including “Viksit Assam, Viksit Bharat”.

Assam Education Minister Dr. Ranoj Pegu congratulated the participants and highlighted the importance of nurturing creativity, critical thinking and confidence among young people. Winners received cash prizes ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹2 lakh, marking the culmination of a month-long campaign promoting student participation and civic development across the state.
