Over 26,000 Students Benefit from Nijut Moina and Nijut Babu Schemes

Golaghat/Goalpara: A total of 10,632 students in Golaghat district have received financial assistance under the Nijut Moina and Nijut Babu schemes, including 7,531 girls and 3,101 boys. In Bokakhat co-district, 3,253 students have benefited, according to Cabinet Minister and Bokakhat MLA Atul Bora.

Meanwhile, in Goalpara district, 15,402 girl students received the first instalment of Rs 1,000 each under the Nijut Moina Scheme, while 158 boys benefited under the Nijut Babu Scheme. The initiatives aim to support students financially, promote education and reduce barriers to higher studies.
