Barpeta Hub Theft Case: Police Recover ₹2.3 Lakh and i10 Car

Barpeta: Police have recovered ₹2.3 lakh in cash and an i10 car in connection with the theft of ₹8.45 lakh from an Instakart Services Pvt. Ltd. hub at Sundaridia on October 12. Four accused have been arrested in connection with the case and remanded to five days of police custody.

Earlier, police recovered ₹70,000, a Bolero vehicle and two broken cash lockers. The theft came to light after hub in-charge Jagannath Basumatary lodged an FIR. Police said the investigation is continuing to recover the remaining stolen money and establish further details of the case.
