Nagaland GB Federation Urges Ceasefire and Peace Talks with NSCN-K (AM)

Kohima: The Nagaland GB Federation (NGBF) Peace Committee has welcomed the October 22 peace initiative between NSCN-K (Ang Mai-Mulatonu) and Myanmar’s National Solidarity and Peace-making Negotiation Committee in Nay Pyi Taw, describing it as a positive step towards lasting peace.

The committee urged the Government of India and NSCN-K (AM) leadership to establish a formal ceasefire and begin structured peace talks. It expressed hope that constructive dialogue would reduce hostilities and promote stability across Naga-inhabited areas.
