A Russian man accuses an Assam man of deception, seeks police assistance

A Russian citizen named Alexender, who works for ISCON Mayapur, stated that a man named Ashish from Dibrugarh had duped him out of his money and had approached the Dispur Police station.

Alexender approached the Dispur police station, requesting assistance in recovering the money and arranging transportation back to Kolkata.
