Nagaland MP Supongmeren Jamir Donates Ambulances to Tribal Bodies

Nagaland MP S Supongmeren Jamir recently handed over six new ambulances to tribal representatives from Kohima, Phek, Wokha, Zunheboto, Tseminyu, and Peren districts. The ambulances, procured under the MP Local Area Development Scheme (MPLADS), aim to improve healthcare services in remote rural areas.

At a ceremony in Chümoukedima, Jamir emphasized the need for tribal hohos to use the ambulances impartially to benefit their communities. He also highlighted broader challenges such as youth unemployment and urged Nagas to address issues collectively. More districts will receive ambulances in future phases.
