AASU Protests at Dibrugarh University Over Alleged BEd Admission Scam

Dibrugarh: The Dibrugarh University unit of AASU staged a two-hour sit-in protest demanding a swift and impartial investigation into the alleged BEd admission scam involving the collection of large sums of money from students.

AASU urged police to identify and arrest all those involved, alleging slow progress in the investigation despite the arrest of a DUPGSU vice-president. The students’ body warned against any attempt to shield the accused and called for strict legal action.
